Molecular Pathology:

• TCR beta and IGH vdj gene rearrangement assays by PCR and fragment size analysis by capillary electrophoresis to identify clonal T- and B-cell populations (respectively) suggestive of lymphoma
• Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization:
• Fluorescent labeling of artificial bacterial chromosomes (BAC) to used in FISH.
• Nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) isolation from FFPE and frozen tissue, blood and body fluids, and cultured cells.
